Terms of Sale
The following terms of sale apply to all of our online sales.
Payment Methods
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Credit Cards will only be accepted for deposit payments. Any other payment with a credit card must previously be agreed upon. Call us for more information.
Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a deposit within 1 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Additional Fees and Taxes
$55. Documentation fee. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company - call us at 1-877-218-0194 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
Buyer's Inspection
Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Manheim Imports has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Manheim Imports welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, this vehicle is being sold "as is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. Extended warranties may be available; please contact us for details.
Bid Retractions
Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction.
Negative Feedback Bidders
We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email us or call us prior to bidding.
Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Manheim Imports within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.
Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 1 business days of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
Title's and Ownership
Title delivery can take up to 21 days from the date of final payment. Final payment date is the date that the funds clear our bank.
Notice to Bidders
This vehicle is currently for sale in our inventory and may be sold before the auction ends. Therefore, we reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale. Within 12 hours of the auction closing we cannot end the auction, however it is still possible and we still reserve the right to sell the vehicle before the auction ends. Every attempt will be made to contact those individuals who are bidding to let them know the vehicle is no longer available for sale if it is within 12 hours of the auction closing, however this might not always be possible. If a bidder wins an auction, but we have already sold the vehicle outside of eBay the bidder will be contacted as soon as possible to let them know the vehicle is no longer available. Please understand this is not something that we expect to happen frequently, but it is possible in a rare occurrence.
Please be advised that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle, which has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to recondition all vehicles prior to offering them for sale. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible; however there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections. Since this is a pre-owned vehicle, we may or may not have all keys, books, floor mats etc...
Odometer miles are posted at the time of listing, but may vary do to local test driving, in-transit repairs, or road testing to insure satisfaction.
Vehicles with books, records, and/or manuals will have pictures of those items in their auction listing; otherwise the vehicle does not include them.
While our vehicles are scrupulously inspected prior to our purchase, we can't guarantee that some minor parts of the vehicle may have been re-painted, i.e. side door, rear quarter
panel, bumper etc.
We reserve the right to cancel the sale if, in our sole opinion, the buyer is unreasonable or abusive. We will warn buyer only once that their behavior, actions or positions are perceived by us to be unreasonable or abusive prior to canceling the transaction. If we cancel the transaction due to buyer being unreasonable or abusive we will refund any deposit or payment made by buyer but no other costs incurred by buyer of any kind.
THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY
It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, won through eBay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
